Stampin' Up! Casual Card Inspiration for the Casually Crafting Blog Hop - June 2021

This month, the Casually Crafting Design Team is bringing you projects based on a Tic Tac Toe challenge. The game is just what you think it is -- using a board featuring various stamping themes, elements, embellishments, etc., you create a project of your choice using any row of three -- vertically, horizontally or diagonally.

Here is our Tic Tac Toe Board:

I chose to use the Stampin' Up! Flowers of Friendship Stamp Set and play from the bottom left corner up to the top right corner -- Granny Apple Green, Wink of Stella (I love Wink of Stella!), and Linen Twine.

The Casually Crafting Design Team & The Blog Hop

The Casually Crafting Design Team is a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world, gathered together to share our passion for creativity with you. Our focus is to bring you inspiration featuring projects that are easy to create while still packing a powerful creative punch. The projects are made with a few products, making them ideally suited to a beginner or casual crafter. From time-to-time, we may also include a project that is stepped-up using additional Die Cuts, Embossing Folders or using more advanced card making techniques to show you that added wow-factor and what you can achieve with some practice.

Join us on the 3rd Saturday of each month to hop around and gather loads of inspiration for your projects. If you would like to see a specific product (or products), theme, or other crafty challenges, please share your input with me at krista@thestampingnook.com and I will share your feedback with the team.

With all that said, let's dig into the fun -- grab a beverage, sit back, and enjoy the hop! I hope you find awesome ideas and inspiration for your projects.

Let's Connect, Share & Learn Together

Virtual Card Classes via Zoom

I offer live card classes open to everyone globally. If you're in the US, there are options for class kits to go, with prepared, precut project materials, PDF tutorials, live class via Zoom, with an additional $15 in Stampin' Up! products at no additional chage -- all with free shipping. For those outside the US, you will receive the PDF tutorials and the live class via Zoom.

Classes will be saved for viewing for up to 30 days. You also have the option to save the video(s) to your device so you can watch them anytime you want.

Meetup Group

Find all my events and classes in one place! Have you ever used Meetup? What is Meetup? Meetup is a service used to organize online groups that host in-person and virtual events for people with similar interests. My vision for this group is to gather crafters together -- online and/or in person (when possible) -- for a fun time creating projects, learning new techniques, and of course, meeting other likeminded crafters. This group is for anyone and everyone, no matter your skill level. This group is open to everyone, globally!

I schedule events for making cards, scrapbooking, gift packaging, and more. I also coordinate my card classes to go via Meetup.

Crafting In The Stamping Nook Facebook Group

As a creative coach, I am here to help you with your projects -- I do not have to be your demonstrator for me to help! We are a community of crafters learning from each other! Members are encouraged to share crafty and DIY projects of all types (and of any brand), share tips, and of course meet others with the same crafting passion. I often share my projects, tutorials, etc., and of course, incorporate fun activities as well (prizes included)! I hope you join & participate so I can learn from you too! Everyone is welcome -- demonstrators included!

Thank you!
